I sold ever thing I owned in 2005 and packed up my belongings in a Toyota long wheel base campervan and drove around Australia for two years with no fix address so I know what its like to be on the open road.
. I wished there was couch surfing back then as it would of help me find local knowledge and a place to crash and meet new people. I love cooking and that what I am hopping to get out of this. New recipes and showing people around Adelaide.
I have a lot of knowledge of south Australia and Australia it self.

In my photos you will see the a picture of a small out house. It locks up and has a bed in it.
The toilet is inside the main house. I ask you be respectful to my house and my daughter is her at times so it’s not a party house if that’s what you are after.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to hear adventures of other people and I am a very open person in life. I have a need to help people and have room in my house to share. My passion is food so if you have anything to share from your home I would be more then Interested to learn. I can show you many Aussie foods as I am a chef. Also love my local food and wine. There are so many hidden secrets in south Australia and I can show you a few.

Interests

Love to snowboard. Yes we have snow in Australia. It is only a 13 hour drive to get to it. Skating, longboard ,cooking, wine and cheese, golf, yoga ,my 4 year old daughter, sharing and helping , fishing and Australia. Also doing a course in counselling to further my skills and myself. Enjoy camping and fishing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have Travelled around Australia from Adelaide to Perth up WA coast. Back to the middle. Up to Darwin back down to Ayres rock to Adelaide. Then to Victoria
snow fields to Sydney then to broken Hill then to Adelaide. Took just over two years to do.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Have a wealthy of knowledge of what to take when traveling around Australia and happy to share. Food and wine. Where to go that are not on the maps or any book. Help with buying camper vans and a good set up. Always buy in south Australia due to registration rules with cars .A bit complicate to explained on here but the laws for cars a different all over Australia but in SA it is easier to resell the van later. Have a large back yard so you can camp or park there if you like. Close to tram line. Town 10 mins drive or the beach 10 min drive. Easy to get around on push bike as well. Also happy to drive people around and show them the sights.
