Hey I´m Dave from Austria, currently I´m studying Journalism and Communication Studies in Vienna since I moved here in September 2018.

Like most likely everyone here I love travelling, meeting new interesting people, sharing stories and experiences and having a laid back and good time. In addition to all the amazing people I already met on journeys I really do think that helping each other and sharing can make the world a better place.

Everyone who knows me knows that I´m addicted to making music, I have to play at least once a day if my guitar or piano is available and if I meet musicians they are always welcome to jam with me or creating good stuff!

Currently I have not planned any bigger trips (unfortunately) due to uni but looking foreward to still meet people at hangouts or CS Events, keep you guys updated if something is about to come!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just think the concept is amazing of sharing a couch or a place to sleep for young, open and beautiful minded people for free, not everyone can afford a hotel and always sleeping in hostels can also get expensive especially on longer trips.

Also it´s a great plattform to connect with locals quickly, there are great events in nearly every bigger city which also is a great opportunity!
