About Me
I find humor in everything, I spend a majority of the day laughing at some of the dumbest things. I trail run, podcast, drink cheap tequila, pretend I'm good at all instruments, hike, win everything on the radio, take cold showers, obsess over airdyne bikes, apply for world records, listen to all of Spotify, try not to wear shoes, eat everything, and love everyone. I have a squirrel brain and jump around from ridiculous idea to ridiculous idea pretty fast. With that said, I still manage to keep a big focus on fitness and my work. I am fortunate to be able to do what I love but I have also worked insanely hard to do it. Family is all in Texas which keeps everything great.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Never really had the opportunity to travel much and when I did it was always with family or friends. Im looking to get an entirely different experience by visiting some familiar and some unfamiliar places with complete strangers and no specific agenda. I think opening my home is debted because of the number of others doing the same. Reciprocity at its finest
Interests
I love outdoor sports and recreation (OSR). Literally the name of my favorite middle school class. Now I'm just experiencing the same as an adult. Having the opportunity to enjoy it in completely random places is pretty exciting to me.
I'm always looking to learn more. I think the best way to learn is through experience. I'm passionate about fitness as a whole. I spend a good amount of time researching training/nutrition and applying/expirementing with that in my day to day. Being healthy is important but like anything else there needs to be balance.

Music, Movies, and Books
All over the place with the music. 90s rap, rock, acoustic covers are great, piano ballads crack me up, country is limited to classics or Texas
I'll watch anything and last about 10min. I've seen the first part of probably everything.
I've been reading a lot of sports psychology, fitness programming, motivation, and self development books. Not much fiction or anything outside of that.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'm still doing it
What I Can Share with Hosts
A perspective on fitness and how it has molded me. How it has lead to so many other paths of health and wellness that I find hugely impactful to living a more fulfilled life. That kinda sounded robotic but sometimes you find those things in your life that completely change your outlook and fitness has been that for me
Countries I’ve Visited
Costa Rica, England, Mexico
