Overview
About Me
Hi!
My name is David, and I am half Swedish, half English.
I speak eight languages, and if your first language is one of them, I'm always looking to practice!
I'm currently travelling around Europe with my partner and playing beach volleyball! Once the trip is finished, I will be looking to volunteer with various communities that are aligned with my values of trying to make the world a better place.
I love playing team sports and skiing, and I love travelling and meeting new people from different places and cultures.
I'd describe myself as curious, extroverted, easygoing, and open-minded.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couchsurfing because I want to be able to travel on a budget and meet locals.
I feel that staying with a local will give you a far more authentic experience of a city than just going to tourist attractions, and I value that experience.
I love the idea of couchsurfing and the trust it places in strangers.
I did host a few people in Edinburgh with my flatmate, and I would certainly like to host people again, when I have the space to do so.
