I grew up in London, studied in Manchester and lived/worked there as an Economist for a few years before deciding to work in Accra, Ghana on a development programme. I'm back in the UK now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I love to explore new places and cities, andstaying with locals is always 10x more fun than when you're travelling with just a travel book! =)

I'm back in the UK, but before I start my new job (/move into my house) I've decided to travel around Europe for a short while.

Unfortunately I can't host for the time being, as I have not yet moved into my new house (hence why I am travelling), but I am happy to host when I move (in Manchester, UK) in the near future =)

Interests

I love love love music (live music but also clubbing - I run a little club night in Manchester), but also eating local food, drinking beer, as well as a love of culture and history more generally.
