I'm David, 30 year old guy from the South Coast of England. I used to be a Producer on the Need for Speed video game for Electronic Arts in the UK and Gothenburg, and have just returned to Criterion Games after a career break travelling Australia.

I studied Computer Games Technology at the University of Portsmouth, and graduated with honours. Then started working at Criterion Games in Guildford, England, as a Quality Assurance Analyst. I was then promoted to Assistant Producer and moved to Sweden to work directly with the Ghost Games team on Need for Speed. After a couple more games I decided I wanted to explore the world a bit more, so I sold all my belongings, quit my job, and bought a one-way ticket! In a case of right-time-right-place, I came straight back to Criterion Games after my trip and am happily living in the centre of the UK games industry in Guildford.

I want to meet local people in the different places I travel to. Share some new experiences, learn about the location, enjoy a drink together, and make friends all over the world! And cheap/free accommodation is always appreciated when trying to stretch a budget!
