Overview
About Me
I'm an adventurous soul who enjoys exploring new places and experiencing cultures around the globe. I love meeting people and getting to know them and what they’re creating, appreciating, and exploring.
In the past two years I have quit my corporate marketing job, and am exploring other paths. In 2016 I moved from DC to Ho Chi Minh city Vietnam (Saigon), and worked for a start up brewery, Winking Seal. Later in 2017 I returned to the US to attend Burning Man, and then moved to Denver, Colorado where I now reside.
I’m excited to return to Asia for a visit in August/September 2018. Perhaps I’ll come back to live and work in Vietnam or China, having fun exploring for now.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Helped to organize my apartment building, and after several years we tenants purchased the building and created an affordable housing cooperative in Washington DC.
Teach, Learn, Share
I’ve pared down and gotten rid of many possessions in the past several years. At the same time I’ve traveled and met many amazing people. The more open hearted people I meet, the richer I become.
I’m doing some work to shape my career goals. Below I share some of my findings as they may spark discussion or shared interests:
Goals
1. Work in an industry that puts values on connections and cooperation
2. Reduce dependence on consumption which drives negative environmental externalities
3. Contribute at the intersection of science and art.
4. Explore the intersection of leisure, community building, and cross-cultural learning
5. Explore benefits of collective market action, empower communities to make smart purchasing decisions to positively impact the market
6. explore flexible work and living arrangements
7. Travel industry as an agent for good, sustainability, action oriented travel with the potential to convert guests to advocates for sustainability and resilient communities.
8. Travel as a learning and teaching opportunity, spreading cultural awareness and ideas for better futures.
Experience to expand
1. Business analytics as relates to growth and process improvement
2. Integrating sustainability principles to reduce carbon footprints, increase awareness in the market, positively impact consumer habits to extend reach of sustainability efforts
3. Customer engagement, bridges to build stronger customer relationships
