I have a regular day job in the publishing industry, a daughter who's about to fly the coop, the cat she's leaving behind, a freelance graphic design career and a music career that takes me places I can't afford to take myself.

I've never considered it before. I'm moving my daughter to college in a couple weeks and waited to long to book a hotel. I'm looking into this to see whats available, maybe save some money and maybe meet somebody interesting along the way. I like hanging with the locals wherever I travel so this may be interesting.
