About Me

I am a young student at the univerity in Munich studying Computer Science. Currently I'm working as a research assistent part time. To get more experience, I will undertake an internship in Denmark at the DTU from April to June 2017.

So at the moment I spend alot of my time working, but apart from that I love Taekwondo. I practice it regulary and I'm also a licenced coach for it and teach a lot of small children.

Furthermore, I'm more of a quite guy at first, but as soon as I feel comfortable, I am quite talkative. I enjoy spending time in small rounds, talking about pretty much anything. As I'm a computer scientist, I do have my geeky and nerdy sides, but in the most cases I know who I can bother and who I should not talk about it :D Furthermore, I'm a political guy. I dont belong to any party or anything, but I'm moved by a lot of problems and like to talk about these. How do others see these problems? Are these even Problems? How would they solve them? How did they solve them? So many questions, and I enjoiy hearing it from people from different areas with different views. But I don't always talk about it. Sometimes it's just to tiring and I still love having fun with some jokes or funny stories.

That said, I'm not really into clubbing, rather go to a bar or go to someone's place to drink and talk. Pretty much it's like this: if we can talk at the place and there is some good music, I will always like going there, otherwise it's heavily depending on my mood.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it is a great idea, giving other people a great chance of visiting different polaces. There are so many great ways of experience a different country or city. Locals just know the best places and them sharing these can give great insight to others.

Interests

As already mentioned I really like politics. And with that I'm really into some of the old big theories. That said, I do not think they will work - they are utopian - and as we've all seen they've proven to not work as good as they've been writen down. But some key ideas just sound good to me and all I want is new ideas, how we could chance something to make it better for everyone :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I personally listen to all kinds of music. From Ska to Punk Rock anything is possible. But sometimes I listen to classical music or heavy metal stuff. So it is quite a mix. However, if someone plays some other kind of music, I normaly have no problem, I would just not listen to it myself.

I'm not the book guy but I've just read "The Sense of an Ending" by Julian Barnes and it was such a greate piece of art! So many twists. The writing itselfe was great! The second time your read it, every single piece of information was already there you just ignored it or did not interpret it correctly. Really recommend it!
