About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoying life, experiencing new countries and meeting the people

ABOUT ME

I'm A 33 year old Londoner travelling in Latin America. Well, I'm 34 now and have been travelling since November 21, 2012. So a couple of months shy of two years. I have been saying that I will make the most of couch surfing since I joined in January, but unsurprisingly I've done nothing except get pissed at a weekly get together in Santiago, Chile. I had a wicked night, but the memmories are very sketchy. I wrote the first sentence of 'All about you one dreamy night at my hoste back in January thinking about all the amazing experiences I would have and all the new people I would meet. It's 24th, September and I'm now finally getting my ass in gear and begrudgringly filling out what seems like a never ending list of boxes. Just a reflection of how dedicated I am to the Couch Surfing cause. I'm in Sucre and it's pissing it down with rain so what better day to plaster on a fake smile and crank this out.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I got absolutely panelled at the weekly get together in Santiago. I had a wicked night and met some lovely people. Sadly the lack of any dinner and two for one Cuba Libres led to the onset of significant memmory loss towards the end of the evening. Luckily I was out with my good mate Andrew Stretch Armstrong from LA who used to work security back in the day, so any unseemly encounters with opportunisitic criminals were avoided. I was reliably informed by Stretch that I was not in good shape on the way home. Then due to my profound state of inebriation I managed to sleep through an eartquake. Admittedly it's not the most rewarding to way participate, but I had a lot fun and I guess its a beginning.
