Hey travelers, cheers for having a read!

I'm a theater maker and artist from lil'old Adelaide SA but above all, i'm just a person in the world looking for growth and adventure just like everyone else.

What i'm interested in really is people. Someone once told me that 'Life' is lived in the exchange between people. The more people you meet and explore with the deeper and richer your life is. So that's what i'm after, meeting people with gratitude, zest and fun. Life is short but i want to make it bright!

I spend most of my time cultivating either my diet, body or craft. which is acting and performing, but basically i love any, if not 'every' spin offs to those subjects. Deep and meaningful conversation are my favorite, but most of the time i just love being a goose and making a positive vibe wherever i go.

I'm very open minded guy and have deep interests in philosophy and spirituality and sociology. So always looking to find like minded people to hang have a laugh with and grow with and learn from.

What else can i say...ahhh i Love to Dance and clown-about! I'm a fan of psychedelics mainly in the interest of expanding consciousness, Terence Mckenna has been a pretty big influence on my work as well. But wherever i stay my main concern is to be respectful with everyone i meet. So if you indulge, yay. If not i respect that.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on here because i'm not just interested in crashing at peoples places. I'm interested in meeting open-hearted and amazing people. Life is short and i want to make it rich not only for myself but for the people i encounter with connections and friendships.

I think the biggest lesson I've learnt traveling is that going to amazing places is...well nice. But in my experience it lacks a lot of luster when it's not shared.

I wan't to share those experiences, exchange knowledge and just have some awesome fun making some rad friends in the process!

Interests

I love to cook! Very big on healthy eating and learning how to cook new things... food, exercise and yoga are a big part of my life. Just recently started exploring Vegetarianism diet with body building goal and loving it more and more each day. Becoming a lil bit of a Nutrition nerd.

I'm musician and performer so basically anything related to the art world I'd most likely be interested in particularly live art and performance :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I made a Theater show at the beginning of the year for the 2015 Adelaide Fringe festival where i won a nomination for best emerging artist. Was a 45 min one man show were my character goes through a series of monologues (with some brief nudity) has an existential crisis and then grows beyond it more self recognized and independent ...which was a metaphor for my life at the time haha

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Flute/ Basic Music Theory.
I also teach acting techniques, ( think of it as like body language and vocal/ breath techniques) I'm really good at bringing people into an awareness of their breath and body and the power and fluidity you can bring to your day with them....body (posture), breath and particularly voice is pretty overlooked these day's and as an actor i could show you how to use them to play with and create powerful, fun easy changes to how you can communicate.
If you read aura's i'm pretty sure i'm a sky blue type...acting really is the love of my life.

Getting enough protein from vegetarian sources
I have a pretty rich knowledge about mmmm spirituality, although that's a difficult topic to describe, i'm not religious but i am spiritual and i have alot of experience exploring the subject.

Always wanting to learn more about spirituality/ science and other cultures. Particularly interested in indigenous cultures and old myths

Also Guitar...really really want to learn more guitar

Aside from my artistic and creative skills I'm a philosopher at heart so always open to conversations about life.
Manual labor always a go go, im pretty tall like 183cm , has it's perks

I can share a lot of creativity in the kitchen as well as nutritional advice
I love to play music and have also brought 3 various flutes with me :)

I can share my warmth, my support and always a friendly ear.
i can offer spiritual advice, i also read tarot cards
