About Me

I have always had a passion for adventure. I often find myself bored with the structured day to day routines that i see so often around myself. I have a hard time accepting the absolutes that are thrown my way such as, "living out of the country isnt practical, get a real job, get out of the clouds and settle down." Im a huge dreamer and i set a ton of really high goals that will bring some value to my life. i live strongly by the "do to those what you would want them to do to you." I believe that everyone has a story that can be learned from. One of my life long goals is to learn something new and profound from someone new each day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've spent most of my life living the 9-5 life. zombie eyes that are glossed over with the lack of passion. sure, i go on adventures around my home state and get out but when i stumbled across a famous travel vloger on YouTube, i realized that there is so much out there that i am missing. it was so appealing to me and right now is my prime time to see the world. I am hoping to get immersed in the culture and learn more about getting out there to see it all.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I left my home for two years to live in California. over the two years i lived in 6 places on the north coast. (Napa, Lake Port, Marin County, McKinleyville, Sebastopol, Vallejo) Going from one of the most conservative states in the US to one of the most liberal, i was able to gain a ton of insight and perspective. it taught me to be accepting of everyone. It was also the first time i had been away from my home and family.

Teach, Learn, Share

"Its impossible" said pride. "Its risky" said experience. "Its pointless" said reason. "Give it a try" whispered the heart.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Respect is one of the biggest things that i hold with high value. I understand that it it can be a big deal to open your home to a stranger and i know that you expect respect and manors in return. I also look to return the favor by helping with work. I am one of the most willing and hard working people you will meet so let me lend a hand if you need it. I can also offer some awesome life stories, great friendship, and a very positive experience.
