Overview
About Me
I'm an Arizona native that's about to move to New England in the coming months. I've lived in Tucson most of my life and have worked various seasonal jobs in many places, mostly in the United States. I lived and worked in Mexico for 1.5 years. I find great freedom in seasonal work coupled with freelancing handyman services, and driving for ride share companies. "I'd rather work double time - part time, than full time - all the time."
Jobs I've had or have: yoga instructor, commercial salmon fisherman, bear guard, salesman, taxi driver, waiter, construction worker and a few more.
I have a 4 year old son that means the world to me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've been familiar with couch surfing for many years but have never experienced either end. I once met a couple of German females couch surfing in Alaska that responded to my craigslist ride share post about driving south through Canada. They had noting but good things to say about the program/website/people. To this day that was probably my favorite road trip. We camped each night and crammed all 4 of us and our stuff back in the $175 Dodge Colt I bought. It made it all the home to Arizona! That was a fine car. Risky adventures are the best.
My ex just moved out to Boston with out 4 year old and I found a cheap round trip (out of Vegas) to go for a quick visit before moving to New England later, in the fall probably, once I get my ducks in a row and go back to Alaska for commercial salmon fishing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
