About Me

Hello! I'm David. I currently am 19 years old and I love languages. I always have. I used to play the piano before I hurt and I'm very interested in music. :)

Next year, I'm going to college so I can study the English and German languages so as to become a teacher. That's my dream, actually.

I'm a nice, polite and caring teenager. I may be very clumsy (and mark those words) but I'm always there to give a hand and help whenever I can. I've always loved making friends, discovering differences, and learning from one another. My philosophy to think is that we nerver learn enough and that we always are to learn from others.

I hope you agree!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because of my interest in languages. What other way to learn a language and its very culture than by digging into it? I'd like to live in other countries, just for few days or anything so I can get to know other stuff. I'm good at English but not at German, even though I'd like to be fluent in the two of them.

I'm afraid I cannot host anybody but I'd be pleased and thrilled to be hosted somewhere.

Cheers!

Music, Movies, and Books

I used not to read books when I was younger. It's only been a few months since I realised how important that is. I read thrillers such as The Maze Runner, but I also read the Harry Potters. I'm really interested in psychologistic books about thinking, getting better, memory, and so on!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being given the chance to give English lessons in a school for high school students. That was very hard because I'm not fluent but it was totally worth the shot! They mostly succeeded!

Teach, Learn, Share

If I were to travel to a German-speaking or English-speaking country, I would be able to teach French. Piano ? For beginners. That's as far as it goes!

What I Can Share with Hosts

A good mood, my passion for talking about probably anything and everything. I love getting to know people.
