Hi, I am David Georgian guy who is obsessed on traveling, meeting with locals, exploring their culture and of course try traditional food.
I graduated journalism from Batumi Art Teaching university, but don’t work in relative field.
Currently living in Batumi, working as bartender and trying to find free time to go somewhere 😄

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First time I found out about CS was 2016, I was immediately impressed by the idea of the site. So very soon I started to host people. The idea of hosting for free and to be hosted as well was really good and helpful, especially when you travel on low budget, but main attractive thing on this is to explore new culture from locals perspective.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I can listen all genres of music, depends on a mood, but most of the time I prefer to listen Funky, Disco, blues, sometimes electronic music and pop.

Movies: back in the day (when I was teenager) I was in love with horror movies, but then I switched to another genres like: historical movies, adventures and sci fi.
Favorite movie so far is Interstellar

Books: To be honest last period I don’t really have a time to read books, but when I was student I used to read classic literature. Now into exploring modern authors.
Maybe it is some influence from teen ages but my fav author is Stephen King 😄

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my travel experiences, I am really good in planing trips. So my host or guests can hear good tips about how to travel on low budget.
Also can teach Georgian alphabet or some words, if you have a will 😄
About learning: I am up to learn almost everything, as much as my brain can handle to process this information.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my stories , as I am interested in history and culture, can tell lot of things about Georgian culture and bit from world culture (I am so ambitious 😄)
And of course my smiling face and kind mood 😉
