I'm 29 years of age, getting ready to travel the world with my partner (Holly).

On the 1st of November, we pack our bags, pick up the one-way ticket and begin the adventure. Until then, here a little more about me :)

I am a gym owner here in Cardiff called: DKnine Fitness. We work with only "Over 30's" men and women who are looking to get back the mojo they once had.

While my team takes care of most of that, I spend most of my time working with other fitness professionals helping them grow their businesses.
