I have lived in Fort William since 2013 and now run a mountain guiding business.

I love the outdoors, particularly hill walking and climbing, though will take part in most things. I am always keen to offer advice and thoughts on areas to visit for such activities.

Other than the outdoors I love listening to and playing music, spending time with friends, cooking and the occasional beverage at Fort William's fine range of establishments.

Also I mostly only consider last minute requests (generally no more than two days in advance, mostly on the day) . I know this isn't very helpful for those planning a trip in advance but it's what suits me best so if you are sending a request further in advance it's unlikely I will reply - sorry in advance!

I think it's a great way to meet people and share conversations and laughs with people from a wide range of backgrounds. I don't currently plan on doing any travelling myself but I am more than happy to try help out with other people's journeys.
