Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on CS looking for places to stay over the next month as I travel across southern Australia. I am looking for hosts who are willing to provide good company and fun nights out. CS, to me, isn't just a way to travel cheap, it's a way to meet new people and learn culture and ideals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent two weeks in western Zambia working on building an orphanage with a team of 15 other people. We lived in tents, cooked over a fire, and bathed in the Zambezi River.

When I was in Zambia I learned that "hakuna matata" really does mean "no worries".

What I Can Share with Hosts

I play guitar, I love sitting around jamming with other musicians or just in a small group singing songs together. More practically, I would me more than willing to help out around the house as needed and contribute towards food expenses.
