About Me
Hi, I’m David. I live in Atlanta Georgia and love meeting new people and putting myself out of my comfort zone. I downloaded CS to meet locals and have a good time.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m planning a one month trip abroad in Europe. I’ll be starting in Iceland then taking a series of trains from Denmark to Belgium. At the end of my trip, I’ll be studying finance and economics at the University of Antwerp. I hope to connect with new people in this process and learn more about the culture of the countries I visit; something I can gather from locals but would miss staying in a hotel or Airbnb.
Interests
Basketball, cooking, traveling (of course), geography, kayaking, the world of finance, religion, history, hiking, writing, and volunteering.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Over the summer, I stayed on an Indian reservation in northern Montana where I served as vendor and volunteer during a traditional powwow ceremony. I erected teepees, provided free water and coffee, and talked to strangers about their lives. I met hundreds, if not thousands of new people, and learned so much about how other people live and think.
