About Me
Hi everyone! I'm a super sociable, laid-back, professional guy in my mid-30's who just moved back to New York City after spending one year living the mountain lifestyle in Denver, Colorado. Previously to that, I lived in New York for 12 years so I know the city very well and would be happy to share my experiences with fellow couchsurfers. I've done my fair share of travelling abroad and I always appreciate it when local folks are willing to show me around, introduce me to people and give me insiders tips. So I joined Couchsurfing to return the favor!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new, interesting people from all walks of life and want to do my part in the international travel scene. In my travels, I've met some incredible people who really shaped my experience in a positive way. I'd love to do the same for others.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all kinds of music - as long as it's good! My most preferred genre is probably the "jam scene," so bands like Phish, Umphreys McGee, Allman Brothers Band. I also love alternative rock, some electronic music, and indie rock.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spent 10 days in Costa Rica - climbed up a volcano and then down into the crater where we swam in a lake!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Happy to share all of my New York City expertise, from which neighborhoods to visit, cool restaurants and bars, how to get around and any other insiders tips!
