I'm just your average guy. I enjoy a drink with friends or a good book at home. I'm not sure what I want to do for a career but I've enjoyed bartending for the past couple of years. I've grown up my whole life in Iowa but I'm hoping to move somewhere new soon.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really want to explore the United States and get a chance to meet some new people along the way. Hopefully one day I'll be at a point in my life where I can host some couch surfers in the future!

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy all types of music from classical all the way to pop punk. I'm absolutely terrible at learning the words to songs but I'll try to sing them anyways. When it comes to movies I generally enjoy a good drama or any movie that makes you think. I'll also watch mindless action movies too though. My favorite author is currently Kurt Vonnegut but I recently read my first book by Milan Kundera and he has a solid chance of taking that number one spot on my list.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had the honor of joining the Iowa Ambassadors of Music my senior year of high school to perform in 7 countries in Europe as part of the choir. It was my first time out of the United States and was quite the experience.
