My name is David. I'm 24 years old and I live in Austria.

Right now I am studying Music in Vienna and will write my bachelor thesis most probably next year.

Before that I was studying geology and philosophy in Salzburg.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to travel to other countries and I am interested in the history and the culture of those.

I did backpacking last year in the alps of austria and switzerland and went then to Spain and Portugal and met many cool people on the way.

As I really love to meet new people my plan for this years summer is to do such a journey again, so I am looking forward to meet you.

If you are so kind and host me, I would love to get some recommendations what to do and where to go in those places you live.

I am addicted to Music. Basically I listen to music whenever it's possible. Besides that I play the piano since the age of 8.

In terms of literature I recently read a lot by Albert Camus. But I also like Hesse, Zweig, Dostojewski, Proust....
