Resumen
Sobre mí
I’m an easy-going traveling acrobat from San Francisco, California. Almost two years ago, I was inspired to become an acrobat myself after watching a very entertaining circus show in London. At the same time, I was going through a career change, so I decided to quit my job and study aerial acrobatics more seriously.
Because I’m considered “old” in acrobatic years, I decided to put school on hold for a few months while I travel and explore the circus scene outside of the US. I hope to maybe teach a few workshops and even perform here and there. And while I’m at it, I want to explore the beautiful places in between the major circus cities. There’s still so much for the world I haven’t explored, so I might as well do it now!
Back home in San Francisco, I teach aerial hoop and trapeze to children and adults at a local circus school. I also spend a lot of my time developing new acts and training in contortion. I also volunteer for a public health clinic as phlebotomist in my spare time.
I love finding new adventures, learning new skills, and laughing the heartiest of belly laughs while I’m at it. I also love being outdoors whether its the beach, a jungle/forest, or a coastal trail. Lastly, I practically grew up in a kitchen (my parents own a restaurant, so I spent a lot of time there growing up), so I love to cook and share good food with friends. I'd love to learn more about cuisines around the world.
Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing to meet new people in various parts of the world. It’s also nice to experience a city from a local’s perspective. From where to eat, where to hang out/explore, and what to do... locals know the area the best. If I’m hosting, I’ll show you a side of San Francisco most tourists/visitors will never see.

Música, películas y libros
MUSIC: If there’s one type of music I could listen to all day, every day.. it’s everything from the Motown/ Soul genre: Stevie Wonder, Jackson 5, Otis Redding, Marvin Gaye, Temptations, etc. I also love old-timey jazz singers like Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong. I also enjoy a random mix of other things like Disclosure, Radiohead, Whitney Houston, Björk, and some dance electronic stuff.
MOVIES: I’m terrible in this area. What stands out in terms of my favorites: Star Wars everything, many of the Tarantino films, superhero movies, and Disney/Pixar films. Let’s watch a few movies together and educate me!
Algo increíble que he hecho
Rode my bicycle with 2500 other people from San Francisco to Los Angeles (877 km/545 miles) to raise money for an HIV/STD clinic.. twice!
Enseña, aprende, comparte
I love teaching acrobatics and circus skills if you're looking to break up your normal workout routine (aerial hoop, trapeze, circus conditioning, stretching, and handstands). I'm also a good cook, so would love to make a meal for you. Better yet, let's make a meal together! I'm also happy to just hang out, go on hikes, watch a movie, or go do some sightseeing.
