Overview
About Me
I’m a curious and conscious traveler from Latin America, currently moving through Europe while living, learning, and connecting with inspiring people along the way.
At this stage of my journey, my focus is very clear: showing that it’s possible to travel, enjoy life deeply, and still maintain a strong, healthy routine. I believe travel doesn’t have to mean chaos or neglecting the body.
On the contrary, it can be a powerful environment for vitality.
I prioritize:
- Daily movement and sport
- Nutritious, delicious vegetarian food
- Meaningful, stimulating conversations
- Good energy, respect, and presence.
I follow a personal health and longevity protocol, and it’s important to me that my hosts (and future guests) respect this lifestyle: my nutrition, my daily physical activity, and my commitment to taking care of my body and mind. I’m very flexible, but intentional.
I love cooking and sharing healthy vegetarian meals together, exchanging ideas around health, prevention, aging, and the future of being human. Conversations are as important to me as food — both should be nourishing.
A few months ago, I traveled through 11 countries interviewing people from very different backgrounds about aging, life, death, and whether living longer is something we truly want.
That project continues. Wherever I go, I listen, observe, and learn.
Couchsurfing for me is not just a place to sleep it’s about exchange, respect, curiosity, and shared growth.
I bring gratitude, openness, and thoughtful presence to every home I’m welcomed into.
If you value conscious living, good food, movement, and deep conversations, we’ll probably get along very well. 🍓🍁⚡
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To connect with real people beyond tourism. I’m not just moving from place to place, I’m interested in how different cultures experience life, health, aging, and what it means to live well. Couchsurfing, for me, is about shared moments, generosity, and genuine human connection.
Interests
My philosophy is simple but intentional: take care of the body, stay curious about life, and grow through meaningful human connection. I’m passionate about healthy living, longevity, movement, good food, and conversations that go beyond the surface about life, aging, purpose, and where we’re heading as a species.

Music, Movies, and Books
📚 Books
I’m drawn to books that explore science, longevity, consciousness, and the future of humanity from practical philosophy to speculative thought. I enjoy authors and ideas related to aging research, human potential, and futurism, as well as poetry and essays that question what it means to live a good life.
🎬 Movies & Series
I love films and series that explore existence, time, and the future of being human. Some favorites:
The Fountain, Interstellar, Arrival, Her, Gattaca, Ex Machina, Blade Runner (2049)
Into the Wild for its human depth
Series like Black Mirror, Westworld, The Expanse, Foundation, Altered Carbon, and Devs
Stories that question mortality, identity, technology, and evolution always catch my attention.
🎧 Music
My music taste is eclectic and mood-driven. I enjoy:
Melodic techno and cinematic electronic music (Anyma, ambient and deep soundscapes)
Deep House for movement and flow
Old-school hip hop and conscious rap
Classic rock in Spanish and Latin music
Metal and instrumental music when I train or need intensity
Music, like food, is another way I regulate energy and presence.
🧠 Interests (clean & non-redundant)
Longevity science, preventive health, human evolution, ancient wisdom, future technologies, minimalism, movement, conscious routines, and deep conversations.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I’ve experienced moments on the road that quietly change how you see life conversations, places, and encounters that stay with you. They’re better shared in person than written here.
Teach, Learn, Share
I enjoy exchanging practical knowledge around healthy living and conscious routines, and I’m always curious to learn from other people’s life paths and perspectives. With permission, I sometimes record conversations as part of an ongoing interview project exploring how different cultures think about life, aging, and the future.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I offer respect, presence, and genuine exchange. I’m grateful, tidy, and mindful of shared spaces. I enjoy contributing through good conversation, shared healthy meals, movement, and positive energy. I aim to leave every place a little better than I found it
