We are a Brazilian and English couple living in Australia. We love to travel and meet people from different places around the world, and experience different cultures.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

To meet local people and share experiences. We love to travel, and part of that is experiencing the world in as many different ways as possible. We’ve stayed in hostels, hotels, hammocks in the Amazon, tents under a volcano, with host families, on night trains and buses and exchanging accomodation for pet sitting. In October we are starting a month of Workaway, volunteering in an animal shelter in the country side of Portugal.

-Sold everything we own to go travelling and see the world!

-Slept wild in the Amazon Forest
-Hiked in the Andes for 4 days in Colombia

-Taina makes an awesome Brazilian stroganoff….. but it has crisps in it so I’ll let you be the judge of that.
- Travel tips and stories
-We are experimenting with CS to engage in a cultural exchange with local and interesting people, not just as a means for free accomodation. Therefore I expect to help or return the favor however we can, whether through travel tips, help around the house, language exchange (between us we are fluent in English and Portuguese) or one day being able to return the hosting.
