About Me

I'm an 18-year old student from Slovenia and I enjoy travelling around the world and meeting all sorts of people. I enjoy the arts, especially theatre and literature, but I'm also interested in photography and fashion. I am also always up for a walk or a drink, so don't be shy to get in contact. I'm a very direct person and will treat others the same way they treat me, though, wether that is pleasant or unpleasant.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing to try and make new friends from all around the world and, I won't lie, also because it makes trips a lot less expensive - I'm a student, so I try and save a dime wherever I can, but meeting new people is definately my main focus. I think it's very exciting to meet people from other cultures and countries and compare, for example, childhoods and lives in general, and it often makes for a good laugh aswell.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love punk, grunge & gothic rock and they've become a way of thinking & living for me, not just styles of music. My favorite bands are Hole, Siouxsie & The Banshees and The Sisters of Mercy but I also enjoy Nightwish, Arch Enemy and Epica from time to time. 80s music is my guilty pleasure, especially Neue Deutsche Welle and artists such as Kim Wilde, Paula Abdul...

I passionately adore any movie by Quentin Tarantino, especially Pulp Fiction, and also old movies such as Breakfast at Tiffany's and Ninotchka.

I have no favorite book genre because I can't decide between historical fiction or science fiction.
