I studied Maths and Computer Science at University and then decided to take a year out to travel. I enjoyed meeting people from all around the world while staying mainly in hostels. Recently my sister started using couchsurfing and she really enjoyed getting to know people and places like a local. Im currently doing a lot of weekend trips and figured I'd give it a go too!
