I am a running, life and health coach who also is a physio that enjoys experiencing different cultures. I have been able to help a variety of people enjoy a better quality of life and appreciation for what they truly have.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have traveled to all the states and capitals in both the US and Australia as well as most provinces in Canada. I spent a year studying in Australia and have visited several other countries. The best way to learn more about others is to immerse yourself in the local populace and participate in the experience.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite book ever is a true story entitled - UNBROKEN A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience and Redemption by Laura Hillenbrand.
My favorite movies are; Somewhere In Time, Phenomenon, Ladyhawke, Braveheart, Rob Roy, Last of The Mohicans & Dances With Wolves.
I love Motown and most anything from the 50's - 80's but would prefer not to listen to rap, hip hop and most really hard rock.
