I've spent the past 9 months travelling and working through central America, mejorando mi español también. In particular, I've liked finding stuff off the beaten track and interacting with locals, much more than sticking to the tourist trail. I am planning on taking a plunge and move to Spain in April. I've had a really good experience so far with CS and hope to continue to meet like-minded people.

I listen to a lot of bands, and more recently have got into a bit of electronic and modern classical music too. Some of my favourite artists are Nils Frahm, Moderat, the National, Run the Jewels, The Appleseed Cast, GoGo Penguin, Blazo, Unknown Mortal Orchestra.

Favourite movies are American Beauty, In Bruges, Moon, Relatos Salvajes, the Arrival and many more..

Some great books I have read recently are the Life of Pi, 1q84 Marching Powder, The Psychopath test.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spontaneous trek to stay with a tribal family on a rice paddy in North Vietnam on month trip through country by motorbike. Also, building a water system for a rural community in Nicaragua.
