About Me
I quit my job in tech to travel the world for a while. I’m from the US. I didn’t start traveling until I was 26, but I got hooked and have since traveled internationally for at least four weeks a year.
I’m an amateur photographer and enjoy learning new things on YouTube.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I’m traveling long-term with just a 25L daypack. I used to travel in larger backpacks, but over the years I’ve learned to travel lighter without missing anything.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you to travel lighter. I hate to see people breaking their backs carrying giant backpacks that are too big to carry on a plane. Most people probably can’t go as small as I can, but there’s a nice sweet spot around 40L that I think most people can hit.
I speak English natively and am pretty good at grammar rules, so I can help you learn the language.
I can teach you how to take better photos with your phone, as well as basic photo editing techniques.
I can teach you how to move one eye at a time to freak people out. 👀
