ABOUT ME

I work as a cabinet maker. Most of the time I do this with great enthusiasm and by choice. ;-)
It took me some time to find a job that is more than a source of money and in the process I spent a good deal of time traveling, mostly through New Zealand.
The freedom, the kindness of other people and insights of different kinds I experieced are "things" which - I think - are going under in out modern and technical society and are worth pursuing every once in a while. Thus I remind myself of those experiences as often as possible so they won't fall victim to habits or stressfull times of "everyday life".

Currently I'm not travelling and work a lot.
Whenever possible I try to help out and practise hospitality.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Most couch surfing experience I've had while studying (before I joined CS) hosting friends and family and occasionally surf a couch myself. During my time in NZ I met some very nice people who let me surf their couches.

Interests

sports, being outdoors, the right music at the right time, computers, espresso, good food, building stuff

... and yes, of course -> PARAGLIDING!!! :D
