ABOUT ME

I am currently living in San Francisco, California for medical school. Even though I am of Chinese heritage, I was raised in Kingsville, Texas, USA for most of my life. I attended Harvard for university and worked for a short period in Boston. I love the opportunity of meeting new people and being adventurous. I feel like everyone has their story to tell and all it takes is for someone to listen.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have only recently started couchsurfing in Asia and Europe starting in June 2012, and have never had a terrible experience. No matter where I am or what I'm doing, couchsurfers have always been there to lend me shelter, advice, and their friendship. Couchsurfing has by far exceeded my expectations and I can only look forward to the next amazing Couchsurfing experience.

Interests

With little free time, I spend my time leisure reading, exercising, or imagining the world a hundred years from now. If I have more time, I love cooking by recipe, mountain climbing across the globe, ballroom and latin dancing, travelling and culturally immersing myself in other countries for weeks on end. In fact, there's little that does not interest me. Every city I have visited has transformed me and showed me how much I don't know and haven't seen. That's why I'm here!
