From the little traveling I have done, people's way of life has made the longest lasting impression. What is important to them, what they care about, the way a they think and where that came from gives so much more insight into a city than wondering around the streets.

I love to connect and resonate with other people and nature in any every way possible. Putting on some music, pouring a drink and jumping right into some meaningful conversation is just as exciting as a night out till the sun comes up. Playing games, bike rides around the city, yoga, meditation, fitness and wellbeing.... anything related to being a healthy, happy fulfilled human.

Music is everything. Asking as it's good I'll listen but lately I've been listening to a lot of Chance the Rapper, Beatles, Disclosure, Odesza, Flume, Kanye, J Cole...

Movies - sci-fi, intellectual thrillers, anything with space, comedy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was lucky enough to do sound for Sting's performance at the Grammy Museum which was live steamed to 125k people.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Aside from sharing the ins and out of LA (including a few celebrity encounters) I love to cook and I find something deeply satisfying in the look that takes over someone's face when they taste something delicious.

I am an enormous fan of music and love sharing and discovering new artists. If you have a guitar or piano and want to learn some chords or music theory I would be happy to show you everything I know.

I will also have a paperback book that I will be exchanging through out my trip.
