I retired two years ago and a bit, and I have been travelling about. I rode my motorcycle from Canada to Ushaia, and I am in the process of going to Australia to do the same. I partied in my youth and survived the sixties and now I am most interested in travelling and being part of the the big picture.

A retired teacher does not make a lot and therefore I am on a budget as I want to extend my travelling as long and as far as possible.

Interessen

I enjoy photography, have an interest in history, geneology, and anthropology. I appreciate the nuances of different cultures and I am striving to better understand the nature of Man.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like the blues, classic Rock and Roll, and of course, the Beatles. I am a movie buff, and will watch pretty well anything, although loud and louder are no longer my thing. Historical fiction, detective mysteries and biographies are interesting.

Fathered three amazing children who are wonderful human beings. Parented those same folks as much as possible, too.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I used to know how to navigate a ship, and I can get around a motorcycle, at least in terms of tearing it down. I understand how fractions work and sometimes can remember how to work them. I have managed to keep myself fed for the past 30 years, so basic cooking is present.
