ABOUT ME

My name is David,

Im 28 single scottish guy (who enjoys life, love, women and poetry). I have two children who do not live with me a son who is 6 and a daughter of 4.

I Am a student of horticulture and have a particular passion for orchids, which you can find nearly 50 in my home, my home is full of plants and i also have a bonsai conifer collection!

I enjoy living life to the full and reolise that the only real riches in life worth pursuing are happiness and knowledge, im currently saving up to travel once i have enough cash im off juggling fire clubs all over Europe, well thats my plan!

I was recommended to try this site from a friend in thailand (cal) who has been using this site for sometime, thanks cal i hope that by letting people stay with me when it comes to my time to travel i can build a network of people who can help me round Europe and the wider world.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to cause no pain to others and believe in respect for others culture and religion, Im proud to be Scottish and will travel the globe in a kilt!

I believe in what goes around comes around- not karma more bricks and balloons.

Im not quite sure exactly what this means but here goes,

Im a fun loving guy who is laid back and easy going,

Im about 6ft tall, brown eyes and some women fall for my charms, im quite slim and enjoy keeping fit by walking and getting outdoors.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ive crashed on mates sofa's since i was 12 years old, mostly these people are friends and its usually after a house party or something, ive never traveled using this site to help with a couch or bed to crash but its certainly my intention when i commence my travels in 6months

Interests

My interests are man and varied, but perhaps the thing that interest me most are music for which my taste is very wide and varied,
I also enjoy orchids and looking after them, reading and taking photographs.

Music, Movies, and Books

i like a wide range of books, the works of George Orwell are very special to me with 1984 being one of my all time greatest books, Sophie's world by josteen garden, i enjoy reading autobiographies

Music- i love music and most gets a fair chance i have an eclectic taste and can listen to most types depening on my mood and what im doing at the time.

I enjoy watching films also anything Tarantino, jonny dept or Guy ritchie, old skateboard bmx and rollerblade films are also something i can spend hours wathcing, also nature documentorys
