About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To leave the world better than I found it.

ABOUT ME

Cool. Smart (?). Funny (!). Motivated but laid back. Non judgmental. Fun.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe life is about balance. Balance between work and play. Balance between responsibility to others and responsibility to self. Balance between excess and moderation. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by being a fun, interesting person (according to me, of course). I have not had an opportunity to host or be hosted yet, but I plan to participate actively in the future once I get the hang of this...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just signed up for couchsurfing, so I am officially a novice surfer. I hope to become an expert in short order. I love to meet new people in new cities, and I love to show people what my great city (NYC) has to offer as well!

Interests

I enjoy nightlife, intellectual conversation, travel (obviously), new people, film, sports, politics, fashion, and many other things...

Music, Movies, and Books

The Big Lebowski, Office Space, Scarface, The Harder They Come, comical home videos, Apocalypse Now, Paid in Full, The Godfather. There are soooo many smart movies...

Anything 90's Hip Hop that's good. Classic rock. Roots reggae. Indie rock. Classical music kicks ass. Fela. Dance and techno at the appropriate times...

My favorite authors are Don Delillo and Cormac Mccarthy, but I love to read just about anything that keeps my attention.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hmmm. Tough one. Hang gliding in New Zealand. Teaching in Kenya. The Yankees winning the world series. So many to choose from...
