About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To explore as much of this beautiful world as possible!
ABOUT ME
Well my names Dave and I am a 23 year old university student. My friends would tell you that I am honest, sincere, caring, loyal, fun and probably a bit of a nerd due to my love of reading, writing and doctor who! They would also tell you I have a knack for talking, but along with this skill I am also a great listener.
A friend actually convinced me to check this out. I figured I would be pretty shy about this as I am a shy person, but I feel like its only because this is new and the shyness will go away :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Moment #1: Katimavik. It is a youth volunteer program for ages 17-21. It takes you to three different locations in Canada to volunteer at different non-profits in each community. I was in Quesnel, British Columbia where I volunteered at a nursing home, Timmins, Ontario where I was at the Red Cross and Bell Island, Newfoundland and Labrador where I was with the boys and girls club and the Wabana town council.
Moment #2: Basic training for the Canadian Forces. While at basic training I learned a lot about our country, our military but most of all about myself. It helped me find who I am while learning while under immense pressure and discipline. Not to mention it taught me how to remain fit!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach writing, surfing, wake boarding and snowboarding.
I would like to learn to speak french and Italian
I would like to share my extra couch/bed in September :)
