ABOUT ME

I work for the city of Spokane as a research analyst. Very active with family and in the athletic community as a triathlete and ultra-runner. I play around on the guitar and enjoy interacting with art in it's various forms; music, visual, social, natural. Very adventurous and easy-going.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Thickest rain storm I've been through was in Nebraska. Stood on top of a high mountain in the Rockies. Startled by an immense harvest moon in Spokane. Stunned by a full moon at CDA beach. Marveled at the Northern Lights one early Fall night. Numbed by California sunsets. Gazed across the universe interjected with shooting stars in a high mountain desert city. Ran a marathon through the epic splendor of a red rock canyon near Moab. Swam in tropical ocean waters in Honduras. Sat on a porch, exhausted from work and exercise, starved and tired, just marveling at how great life can be.
