I’m David, originally from Mexico, currently based in Berlin. I’m the founder and CEO of a language-learning app, so a big part of my life revolves around languages, culture, and building things that help people connect across borders.

I’ve spent the last years growing a global product, which means I’m used to thinking internationally and meeting people from very different backgrounds.

I travel quite a bit, and I genuinely enjoy the perspective shifts that come from it—new cities, new conversations, new ways of seeing things.

Outside of work, I like staying active (morning workouts are my thing), and exploring cities in a simple way—walking around, finding interesting neighborhoods, and having conversations that go beyond small talk.

I’d say I’m easygoing but intentional. I appreciate good energy, curiosity, and people who are doing something with their lives—whatever that means to them.

Happy to meet travelers, exchange stories, and share a bit of Berlin (or wherever I am at the time).

I can play guitar, and speak English, German and obviously Spanish :) which I am more than willing to teach to anyone.
