ABOUT ME

Name's David. I work for the government inspecting nursing homes. I live with my boyfriend, my dog, and his cat.

I'm a mediaphile who consumes media. Digital and analog alike. I love taking pictures on my phone and my crappy instant camera. I like writing on Google Docs and with a fountain pen on an old common-place book that looks like it's going to fall apart. I like listening to MP3 and vinyl. I like streaming movies and going to the cinema where the film really flickers. I love video games and board games.

And boy, do I love to travel. My dream job is a hobo-student. A guy who wanders into colleges and universities across the lands and takes classes, aces tests, and is never seen again.

PHILOSOPHY

My favorite thing is hanging out a at a coffeeshop with my Chromebook. And a paper book.

I don't have superpowers or anything...but I know how to cook! Alternatively, I could easily be the guy who never gets in the way. If there's a coffee-shop with wifi nearby, you'll probably never see me.

My primary weakness is being shy/standoffish with strangers. Hopefully couchsurfing can change that.
