ABOUT ME

I'm friendly, I like meeting people and discovering new cities, countries and cultures, and I like to have a good laugh doing it!

I try to travel as much as possible. Not easy when working full time, but I have 6 weeks off before starting a new job (woohoo) and I'm spending half of it interrailing around Europe. I usually stay in hostels but this time, since I'm travelling alone, I'm giving couch surfing a try! I think it will be a great way to meet people and experience the culture of the places I'm visiting.

PHILOSOPHY

I always want to learn and discover new things, whether that's through meeting different people, hearing different opinions, reading about new topics or randomly coming across things. And I like to approach life with a good sense of humour!

Interests

I love music. I play drums and love going to gigs, playing gigs, etc! I have pretty varied tastes and always like to hear new things - most of the music I listen to I heard about from friends.

I also like sport, but I won't be doing much of that on my travels! (well, except maybe watching with beer in hand).

Another thing I'm really into is learning languages. I take French classes in my spare time, but in every country I visit I love to pick up as much of the language as I can. There's always something awesome about going from nothing to being able to say some simple sentences, like ordering food+drink etc, in a few days!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can (and love to) teach the drums - the fundamentals can be taught by just tapping your hands and feet!

I can teach anyone basic programming skills, or answer any questions to do with the internet etc that you always wondered about..
