Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Im on couchsurfing in order to meet people first and foremost. I absoultely love traveling and seeing/experiencing new places and cultures. I love getting out of my comfort zone when on trips. I enjoy cooking and would like to learn how to cook non-american dishes.

Interests

Im a sucker for craft beer, hot coffee, good food, and good conversation. I enjoy being outside in general i.e. hiking, camping, any water sports, snowboarding etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

I pretty much enjoy all music especially if it is live with the exception of heavy metal. I grew up right outside the country music capital, Nashville, TN. Right now I am in a folk/americana kick.
I am a movie buff; I love all types of movies. Some of my favorites are Rudy, Saving Private Ryan, Wedding Crashers, Girl With a Dragon Tattoo.
Reading is one thing I wish I would do more often. However, some of my favorites are Where the Red Fern Grows and the entire Harry Potter series.
