ABOUT ME
Hilarious! Interesting! Good Cook! Witty! Knowledgable!
I bake bread all the time! I think that in my next life I will open a bakery! I find the process spiritual and liberating. Music is also a huge part of my life, I have a blog dedicated to bread and music and I spend a lot of time working on that when I am not working on life itself.
I just finished my masters in clinical nutrition at Ohio State University.
PHILOSOPHY
"Let us break bread and celebrate our diversity" D. Tutu
I would like to quote a verse from Eyes of the World by the Grateful Dead, written by Robert Hunter:
"Sometimes we live no particular way but our own
Sometimes we visit your country and live in your home
Sometimes we ride on your horses Sometimes we walk alone
Sometimes the songs that we hear are just songs of our own"

Teach, Learn, Share
One is always here....I think this simple saying has a lot of meaning. No matter where you are whether in Texas, Georgia, India you will always be 'here'. And when you are 'here' and aware of your surroundings of the smells of the sights of the tastes of the breeze you will begin to enjoy it much more. To be mindful of the world, is in a sense, to be part of the world.
We must not find peace on earth, but peace within ourselves. Once we have found that peace and serenity, we must share it.
