I am a human. I love to play drums loud! But I enjoy peace when I am not playing drums.
I enjoy qi gong and am studying tai ji.
I like to laugh about how silly life is sometimes.
I believe strongly in yin yang and impermanence, so I find it difficult to describe myself...

I have been playing the drums for 20 years and contact juggling for 15 years.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love any music which makes me feel something, from disco to dub to death metal. I am fascinated by the experience of sound resonating on my soul. Music without words is often the strongest - Classical, jungle, swing, drum'n'bass, jazz, ambient - the list goes on forever...
I like films and books that make me laugh or make me think (or both)... Comedy, Sci-Fi, Fantasy...
My favourite book (and film) just now is The 100 Year Old Man Who Climbed Out Of The Window And Disappeared
