ABOUT ME

Hey Hey ever since I went couch surfing around Europe with my buddy Ashley my life hasn't been the same. I'm an American, living in New Zealand, that has traveled to 25+ countries on 6 continents and is approaching 4 years away from home with combined trips/study/living etc. I know what it's like to travel, to feel like your a fish out of water in a big city and that's no fun. Would love to provide you with a place to stay to support the global family.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a Christian and halfway through my degree in Theology in Auckland. I've read everything from the classics and the Bible to Bertrand Russel and post modern philosophers... Want to chat? Let's chat. Don't want to? Let's grab a beer.

Tomato fights in Spain, beachside living in Greece, cruising around the Holy lands in Israel with new bearded friends. Start to finish, couchsurfing is amazing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite movie since I was a kid is the Matrix. Matisyahu is my groove. I like reading/learning stuff on wikipedia until late/early(?) hours of the morning.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

hmm..Riot in Rome. Sunset in Santorini. Sleeping at a bus stop on the Mt. of Olives in Jerusalem. Hitch hiking the entire length of NZ. Working illegally in Australia then running from immi police (I was much (age 20). Hiking the Olympics. Ushuia in winter. Tomato fights in Spain. Sleeping on the beach. Milking cows in Milton at 5am for the first time. Speaking spanish to fellow vineyard workers in Cromwell. Working with handicapped in Guatemala. Nearly getting arrested for rock climbing in public, Santiago (age 20). Protecting a thai woman being beat by her drunk partner in Phuket. Teaching English in Shenzhen. Hanging out with my sister Lauren.
