About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I am out in the world exploring Europe on a mission to find out how people live and try to find myself and my place in the world community.

ABOUT ME

I graduated last December from Gonzaga University with a degree in music; I immediately went to my other passion in life, skiing. I spent the winter teaching skiing in Telluride, CO. I got a lot of awesome powder and met a lot of cool adventurous people who, like me, see the world as a wonderful adventure. The ski season came to a close and I left for Europe to see the world, explore both the cultures of this place and myself. I am traveling alone, but have visited many friends throughout. I have been a traveler my whole life. I spent most of my life living in WA, but I also spent a year living in Hawaii, a year in Rome, and a winter in Telluride. In addition I have been exploring Europe with my family since a very young age and have taken numerous short trips all over the place from Mexico to China.

PHILOSOPHY

The World is a wonderful place, I'm out to see as much of it as I can and enjoy, and then to share those experiences with others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I am traveling alone in Europe. I am looking for places to crash for the remainder of my journey. When I return home I am staying with my parents; however, when I have my own place again I would be glad to show people the wonderful part of the world I live in, wherever it may be. Letting people crash at my place sounds like a fun way to meet more adventurous spirits the world over.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Though none of them have been through this site I have spent many nights on peoples couches all over Europe and the United States. I have crashed with a variety of people including my parents and siblings friends, but also former roommates friends. I've also when backpacking ended up on complete strangers floors after meeting them out in the evening. I have hosted many friends and acquaintances at my abode. I find that everyone I meet in these adventures enjoys sharing their experiences and enhances my own.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Dropping in first decent in 30+ inches of powder on a 45% slope, Wow, simply, wow.
