I'm a student of History and Politics at Oxford University and the director of a charitable company. A lot of my traveling over the last few years has been related to the work that I do with organisations promoting education and civic engagement around the world, taking me to some fantastic places working with some interesting people. I think of myself as a people person - I am very sociable, and get along with those who have a sense of humour, an interesting personality and a story to share.

I've been in Oxford for a few years now and it's a great city that I take a lot of pride and enjoyment in helping people to explore (and that I've accumulated quite a lot of historical knowledge about). I always have the fear that when I visit a place I'm only scratching the surface of what I could know and see and a guide book just doesn't cut it anymore: Couchsurfing is the perfect solution.

Música, películas y libros

Very wide ranging tastes. For films, it's anything where the acting and writing is the main attraction - simple but powerful - think Shawshank Redemption, Requiem for a Dream and The Shining. But I'm a big theatre fan so love to see that simplicity on the stage, especially musicals. I read lots of political biographies both for my degree and for pleasure.
