I'm originally from N Ireland.

I lived in Canterbury, Kent to study and work as a primary teacher.

In 2019, I moved to Beijing and I am now currently working in Shanghai.

I love exploring new places and connecting with people from different cultures.

I love to drink tea and enjoy great conversation.

I enjoy cooking and trying new foods - I will try anything at least once!

I am a huge tennis fan - I visit Wimbledon every year and I have been to all four grand slams. I try to play but need a few more lessons 😂

Growing up in Ireland, I am happiest outdoors exploring. I enjoy hiking and always have a flask of tea and a picnic.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people, exploring different cultures and getting a genuine local perspective on where I'm travelling. I usually stay in hostels but thought I'd give couchsurfing a try for a more local experience
