ABOUT ME

I am a musician and songwriter, a Yogi, a sailor, a surfer and life-adventurer. I find my greatest inspiration in Nature and in moments of stillness, contemplation and meditation. I look for the light and beauty in all people, places and things, and I enjoying bringing out the light in others. I'm embarking on my first music tour of Europe in September 2016 through late October, with stops planned in the UK, Holland, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is Beautiful (la Vita e Bella)! What I give to Life is what Life gives back to me, and so I choose to embody love, peace, freedom, joy, and generosity. We are the change we wish to see in the world!

I once was hired to perform at the New Years Eve party of a famous actor, all because I decided to perform out on the street one day! It was an amazing experience and a dream come true. It proved to me that when you put yourself out there and blossom for the joy of it, amazing people and experiences come to you.

Lots of music, guitar playing and singing techniques, and Yoga. I teach gentle flow and restorative Yoga and love sharing techniques that help improve others lives and health!
