Don't try just to take as much as you get from the hosts, there must be an exchange.
It's not just a place to sleep free, it's a social relationship first of all. It should be a pleasure for both sides.☺

I should not tell you, but it's called couchsurfing, so food drinks and whatever else I do not provide, just a bed and my spare time, if I can.
Needless to say, I am not going to be your "babysitter" nor a tourist guide, during your stay. But, if I have spare time and we match up good, I can show you around to the best places to eat drink and spend the night. 😉

I should not tell you this, since any good person should think by herself, but BE POLITE.
Don't even ask to stay a week, it's not a good start. Don't push, if I can host you, I will.
But I am not going to host anyone that thinks only to his side. Respect people, don't USE them.
I am against any form of racism and discrimination, prejudice and closed minded people makes me change attitude. So if you are an easy going person, flexible and open minded, you are welcome. Otherwise wish you good luck finding other hosts that don't mind.

I don't host couples, so don't ask.
I live alone, won't you feel uncomfortable with a couple of unknown people in your house?
If you are with a friend, we can talk about it and find a solution. I have many friends who can host for a night or two.
The way you ask matters, much more than what you ask for.

Sorry for having you read all this stuff, but better be clear and straight from the beginning, since many persons just don't get the point...
Please give some notice before sending hosting requests, I can't accept last minutes at the moment.
